It is the responsibility of all Bodynasium customers to have read these terms & conditions carefully.

By purchasing Bodynasium services, packages and products, Bodynasium assumes that our customers have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All paying NEW MEMBERS of Bodynasium will pay a one-time joining fee which entitles them to a joining pack.

Definition of NEW MEMBER = not active for more than 1(ONE) year.

First time customers are entitled to ONLY 1(ONE) free trial per year.

Payment must be made in full (paid to: Bodynasium) upon registration/sign up of package, before the commencement of any Bodynasium program.

All prices reflected are in Singapore Dollars.

Bodynasium requires customers to produce photo identification for the redemption of promotions, privileges and packages, and reserves the right to deny redemption if such identification cannot be produced.

Bodynasium practices a strict non-refundable & non-transferable policy. All services, packages and products once sold are not refundable, and are not transferable to another individual(s) or exchangeable for other products, services or packages.
  
All Bodynasium Program Packages carry a validity period in accordance to signed program agreement.

Customers who cannot make their appointments at all are required to inform Bodynasium through phone or in person at least 24 hours beforehand. For customers who fail to do so, Bodynasium reserves the right to deduct full payment of their scheduled session off their existing packages.

Bodynasium encourages customers to arrive 10mins before their appointment. Bodynasium reserves the right not to service late comers.

All Bodynasium’s Outdoor exercise programs/sessions will run as scheduled under all weather conditions, unless stated otherwise via Bodynasium’s email blast, sms or website notices.

Bodynasium customers are advised to consult their physicians if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart condition or any other medical history prior to signing up for  Bodynasium’s personal training program or exercise programs.

Please inform your Bodynasium trainers of any recent changes in your medical profile prior to your exercise session.

Bodynasium reserves to the right to refuse any customer of participating in any program if deemed unfit by Bodynasium Staff.

At Bodynasium we take many measures to ensure your safety and well-being. However, Bodynasium is not liable for any harm or loss whatsoever arising from the use of our services or products unless arising from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
