Marathon Preparation
Running a marathon is one of the most demanding and physically challenging events in sports. You must be mentally and physically prepared to perform well as a runner. Even if it is going for a fast time, trying to go for a personal best, or just to finish the race, runners are always looking for the best training program that will lead them to accomplish their goal.

Bodynasium can provide a specific training program according to your ability and goals for a specific marathon. We will determine your training needs and maximize your ability and develop a successful training program. We will spend time addressing the energy systems challenged in training and competitions, their capacity and conditioning.

Triathlon Coaching
Triathlon is now recognized as one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It brings together the very different disciplines of swimming, cycling and running.
Athletes of all abilities are able to compete in the same event as they effectively race against their own personal times. Depending on the numbers of athletes taking part the event has staggered start times dependant on broad age groups, sex and elite ability.
