BoDYnamos Club
Interested in Running in a Club, Twice Weekly Running Club arranged and suits Novice & Elite Runners, with distances starting from 5km.  Each Program involves warm-up/cool downs and stretching.  Workshops on Running also available.




BoDYnamics
Your ABC to every sports workout (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination). 
If your soccer or rugby club are interested in sports conditioning, core & power training or even injury Prevention Techniques. Bodynasium offers a package that includes fitness testing, health screening and an intense power workout!!

Training for a marathon or triathlon, Bodynasium offers competitive programs suited to meet your individual needs. Want to complete your first 10km, beat your time from last years marathon, Bodynasium has a range of services provided to help you get fit or improve to meet all individual goals.


BoDYcamp Kids
(Coordination, Agility and Motor Skills Program) (Age>5)
Your child’s like a bull in a china shop? Have yet to expose your child to the world of sports?
Or notice your child’s much needed attention for some general coordination?
In a group setting through games & play, FUN practice, repetition and positive skills reinforcement.

BoDYcamp kids group programs are held on scheduled weekends and during the school holidays, so please contact us for more details on the next available dates!

BoDycamp kids also caters to 1-1 sessions or siblings/family-sessions by request and appointment only. So contact us for your enquiry.
