StrollHERFIT Not just a walk in the park! A 60-minute Stroller exercise session, new moms with their babies will participate in a series of exercises focusing on stretch and strength, muscle endurance, low impact aerobics while 'on the move' through the park. Stopping at picnic tables moms do push ups, leg lifts, abdominal work & cool down stretches.
Cardio Aqua Bellies Aerobic workout in the pool - water resistance & buoyancy strengthens pregnant bodies, improves circulation, massages & relaxes working muscles.
PP Bellies (Pre & Post Bellies) A very specific and focused programs to ease the aches & pains of pre/post delivery.
Learn core stability, posture control and pelvic floor exercises that will help strengthen your core, back and pelvic muscles, aid in a smoother natural delivery and reduce chances of suffering from back pain due to child-birth.
