Bodynasium offers personal fitness training to men and women
of all ages and fitness levels. Our program is unique in
that it is a total body workout tailored to each individual's
current fitness level and fitness goals.
We have devised a proven fitness method geared towards helping
the average person achieve their fitness goals in the least
amount of time.
Are we really that good? You bet. Heres how we do it:
STEP ONE: Initial Meeting
We meet with you, identify your personal fitness goal, review
your past exercise experience and medical history; finally
leading you through a sample exercise routine that will tell
us where your current fitness level and capability is.
STEP TWO: Fitness Evaluation
Once you have agreed to take that first step to changing
your life:
We can come round for a one hour fitness assessment. This
includes completing a detailed Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire,
so that we can really get to know you. Performing some simple
assessments i.e. body fat percentage, circumference measurement
and blood pressure reading. Then looking at equipment/facilities
available to you so that we can produce a programme you are
able to follow when we’re not there.
From the initial meeting and the fitness evaluation we will
design your personalized fitness program geared towards getting
you the results you want in the least amount of time.
STEP THREE: Learning Exercise Routines:
Learning proper exercise form and techniques as a function
of your current flexibility, strength and endurance is the
next big step in reaching your fitness goal.
To avoid training plateaus and keep your interest, each one
of our exercise sessions will be different. In fact, you
will never know what type of workout is in store for you
each time we meet. But what you will know is that our exercise
sessions are challenging, rewarding and fun.
STEP FOUR: Nutrition/Eating Modification
Once you have learned the exercises and developed several
different exercises for each body part, the next step is
to modify your eating habits. We do not promote "diets," rather
we stress eating modification. Changing the type of food
you eat, the time you eat it and what combination of foods
you eat.
We will teach you the difference between "good-vs-bad
carbohydrates, the importance of sufficient protein intake
and that you can and need to have a certain amount of fat
in your diet.
Using a few simple rules and being consistent, you will soon
be able to "eye-ball" a balanced healthy diet (using
the food you like) which will reduce your percent body fat,
give you lots of energy and generally make you feel and look
great!
STEP FIVE: Consistency Over Time
Now that you have a exercise program and a proper diet the
rest is simple: Consistency Over Time.
Through consistent workouts and proper eating habits coupled
with our guidance, motivation and monitoring, your target
weight and percent body fat will eventually be achieved.
STEP SIX: Body Sculpting
Once desired weight and overall fitness achieved, now the
real fun begins. We can start to target specific body parts.
Usually, thanks to genetics, everyone has something about
their bodies they don't like. We can alter specific workouts
to target the body parts you are not happy with; reducing
or even increasing their contour to promote overall body
symmetry and get the ultimate look you want.
STEP SEVEN: Fit For Life
Is all this easy? Does it take effort, commitment and some
pain? How long before you will see results?
Like most things worthwhile, it is not easy and it takes
real effort, commitment and (sorry) some pain.
With fitness, it doesn't matter what you did yesterday,
it matters (and always will matter) what you did today.
