Group Fitness

Do it in a group! The advantage of exercising with a group and being led by a motivating, qualified instructor is that you tend to push yourself harder than you would on your own. The support provided by classmates who share your desires for a healthier body and mind can improve results for everyone involved. We guarantee you will finish with a buzz.


BoDYpark Series

Box & Pump
Guaranteed to make you sweat!  Energy filled, fast paced workout for the entire body. This class includes high intensity cardio, strength training, flexibility, speed, agility, and endurance work.
Semi contact with both boxing and kicking pads. Designed to get your heart rate high and release any tension.


Cardio Circuit
This involves a cardio warm up, circuit training and interval training. A session that can be high or low intensity - it’s up to you. Just keep moving is all that is required. Group Personal training session, military style aimed to reduce body fat and increase cardio fitness FAST!


TONAEROBICS
An aerobics session suitable for both men & women - where no coordination is required! Basic moves delivering a bumper workout using body weight and resistance. Very little choreography involved. A session designed for those who want to work out but don’t want to think about which leg goes first. Firm up those muscles with a cardio combined workout!


StrollHERFIT®
Not just a walk in the park! A 60-minute Stroller exercise session, new moms with their babies will participate in a series of exercises focusing on stretch and strength, muscle endurance, low impact aerobics while 'on the move' through the park. Stopping at picnic tables moms do push ups, leg lifts, abdominal work & cool down stretches.
