group of friends would like to train together, we can provide
them with a group exercise program at a reduced price. The
advantage of exercising to music with a group and being led
by a motivating, qualified instructor is that you tend to
push yourself harder than you would on your own. The support
provided by classmates who share your desires for a healthier
body and mind can improve results for everyone involved.

Bootcamp: OUTDOOR Group Personal training session, military
style aimed to reduce body fat and increase cardio fitness
FAST! Be prepared to work hard and get the results. Cardio
Boxing: a true Sweat maker, energy filled session. Semi contact
with both boxing and kicking pads. Designed to get your
heart rate high and release any tension. Have fun with
your boxing
buddy. High intensity workout.
Pilates: Strengthens,
lengthens, defines and realigns your body. Pilates is an
abdominal based workout where you learn
about postural awareness. Pilates develops the bodies “centre” in
order to create a stable core for all your daily activities.
The results you will achieve include improved posture and
flexibility. No jumping or jogging, low intensity gentle
exercise.
Yoga: Yoga is a great way to release the stresses of daily
life. The practice of Yoga promotes harmony between all
the different parts - physical, mental and spiritual. Yoga
session
is designed to inspire peace and tranquility whilst building
strength and increasing flexibility. A session for all fitness
types.
Crunch: An intense session focusing on toning & strengthening
the core region – abdominals and lower back. 15 minutes
only.
Trim Tone & Stretch: (TTS) Low impact class for the
whole body that concentrates on muscle toning and flexibility,
using body weight and some hand weights as resistance.
No Frills Cardio: An
aerobics session where no co-ordination is required! Basic
moves delivering a bumper workout. It
involves a cardio warm up, circuit training and interval
training. A session that can be high or low intensity-
it’s
up to you. Just keep moving is all that is required. Very
little choreography involved. A session designed for those
who want to work out but don’t want to think about
which leg goes first.
Walking Group: Starting from different local locations
every week. Meet a super group of friends and even stop
for the
occasional coffee.
Body Bar: Where participant’s
workout with barbells to music using adjustable weights
which tone and condition
muscles whilst burning fat. Push yourself as hard as you
like by selecting the amount of weight that you train with.
Experienced instructors guide and motivate you all the
way- great way to strengthen bones and tone up at the same
time.
Low impact.
Step: A medium impact and high energy session that uses a
step to increase the intensity of the workout, with an
intermediate
level of choreographed moves included to keep you on your
toes.
Aqua Fitness
Activities performed in the water that promote and enhance
physical and mental fitness. Aquatic Fitness is typically
performed in a vertical position in shallow or deep water.
There are numerous applications to appeal to a wide variety
of participants.
